NOTICE RE: AMANDA ELA v. NICHOLAS JURNAK

This legal notice has been submitted by the attorney representing AMANDA ELA (PLAINTIFF) in divorce action filed in Cumberland County, Maine at the Portland Maine District Court, Docket No. PORDC-FM-26-592.

This notice is intended to serve notice to NICHOLAS JURNAK (DEFENDANT) that a divorce action has been filed by PLAINTIFF; and that property credits of the DEFENDANT may be affected.

The Court (Maine Judicial Branch) has ruled that DEFENDANT’S address is unknown and cannot be ascertained by reasonable diligence.

If service is made by publication in a newspaper, the answer must be filed with the court within forty-one (41) days after the first publication in the newspaper. Failure to serve an answer will cause judgment by default to be entered, granting relief sought in the motion or complaint.
